I am reaching out for support for participation in a research project for a Postgraduate Masters by Research degree at Leeds Beckett University.
I am looking for keen Rugby coaches who work with female adolescent players (Age 18 and under) who would be willing to share their perceptions, experiences and thoughts around what they need as coaches to better support their players with female-specific considerations.

The research topic:
Through a semi-structured interview, the study aims to explore coaches’ thoughts, feelings and experiences to better understand the challenges and facilitators they encounter when supporting female health, wellbeing and performance in rugby environments.

The purpose:
The findings will contribute to developing more effective, evidence-informed support for coaches, with the long-term aim of improving the health, wellbeing and retention of adolescent female rugby players.

The research interview details:
The session will take place online over Microsoft Teams and will last approximately between 45-60 minutes.
