As part of England Rugby Honda Volunteer of the Year 2024, Yorkshire RFU held their County Awards Ceremony at Marshall Hondas in York
And as part of the volunteer celebrations we held our inaugural Trailblazer Trophy Award for Diversity and Inclusion.

It looks for nominations for both individuals who stand out, and also clubs and teams.
In a nutshell, diversity and inclusion is about empowering people by respecting and appreciating what makes them different, in terms of gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexuality and more.

It was a tremendous way to celebrate the wide and diverse nature of teams and individuals in the game.
