The RFU Leadership Academy has been designed to give new or aspiring rugby leaders a solid foundation for their development with units covering a variety of topics from leadership to business planning and planning change.
The Academy facilitates networking opportunities to allow participants to share experiences and solutions on similar issues under the guidance of a mentor/performance coach.
This National Leadership Academy is a unique opportunity for the leaders and future leaders of the Women and Girls game to come together through a leadership and management programme to drive the game forwards.
Candidates can apply for a heavily subsided place by sending the following to LeadershipAcademy@rfu.com by Sunday 3rd November 2019:
- A copy of your CV - including work, rugby and life experiences
- A 500 word statement on why you should be selected.
Please note:candidates will be required to make a £100 inclusive of VAT contribution to the course.
