Volunteer Opportunities – County Senior Men’s Programme

We are recruiting three key volunteer roles to support the Yorkshire RFU Senior Men’s programme. Each role plays an important part in delivering a high-quality, player-centred environment, and full job descriptions are available in the attached documents.

Lead Coach – Senior Men
The Lead Coach will oversee the technical and tactical development of the Senior Men’s squad. Working closely with the Team Manager and coaching staff, the Lead Coach will plan and deliver the season’s coaching programme and help shape the team’s performance direction.

Backs Coach – Senior Men
The Backs Coach will support the development of the backs unit through planned, position-specific coaching sessions. The role includes delivering high-quality training, evaluating performance, and contributing to the overall coaching programme.

Team Manager – Senior Men
The Team Manager provides essential leadership and administrative coordination for the Senior Men’s squad. Working closely with coaches and medical staff, the role ensures seamless logistics, effective communication, and ongoing support throughout the season.
