Sandal RUFC Academy is looking to expand its coaching team and is currently recruiting for two key roles:

Academy Boys Head Coach
Academy Girls Head Coach
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing and ambitious academy environment, helping develop the next generation of rugby players both on and off the field. We are looking for enthusiastic, committed coaches who are passionate about player development, teamwork, and creating a positive rugby culture.
As a Head Coach, you will play a leading role in planning training sessions, supporting player progression, and working closely with the wider academy coaching team.
