As a CB (Constituent Body) Volunteer Coordinator, you'll be key to recruiting, supporting, and celebrating the incredible volunteers who power our game at every level.
? Your Mission – if you wish to accept it:
? Recruit & Retain
• Lead local volunteer recruitment drives
• Share best practices in keeping volunteers engaged
• Create an environment where volunteers thrive
? Support & Develop
• Be the go-to contact for volunteers & clubs
• Promote training, workshops & development opportunities
• Help clubs build inclusive and supportive volunteer cultures
? Promote & Communicate
• Champion the Club Volunteer Coordinator (CVC) role
• Run volunteer forums & share success stories
• Use social media, newsletters & websites to inspire others
? Recognise & Reward
• Highlight RFU recognition programs
• Coordinate nominations for national and local awards
• Track and celebrate volunteer achievements
? Collaborate & Lead
• Liaise with clubs, RFU, and external partners
• Support succession planning with the Executive Committee
• Promote Young Rugby Ambassadors & Leadership Academies
