HELP SHAPE THE FUTURE OF RUGBY IN YORKSHIRE
Are you passionate about creating a game where everyone feels welcome?
Yorkshire RFU is recruiting five Volunteer Inclusion & Diversity Representatives – one for each Yorkshire district – to help make rugby more inclusive, accessible and welcoming across the county.
Working alongside the County Inclusion & Diversity Chair, each representative will support approximately 25 affiliated rugby clubs within their district, sharing ideas, championing best practice and helping clubs develop initiatives that grow participation and create a genuine sense of belonging.
No previous rugby experience is required – just enthusiasm, a positive attitude and a commitment to making a difference.

This is a flexible volunteer opportunity with full support, guidance and mentoring from both Yorkshire RFU and the RFU, offering the chance to make a real difference to clubs and communities across the county.
