TOUR
A permission to Tour form is required where players are staying overnight elsewhere.
The form on this page is most commonly used as most clubs will tour within the bounds of RFU ( England )
If your tour goes OUTSIDE of the UK, or to SCOTLAND, WALES or IRELAND ( inc NI ) then you must use the OUTGOING Tour form hosted on the RFU site , as regulations may differ from those prescribed by the RFU.
FESTIVAL
The RFU indicates that clubs may host "Triangular" events ( that is upto 3 clubs in attendance ) without CB approval. Therefore 4 or more clubs attending constitutes a FESTIVAL and requires CB approval. Where a club is hosting an event of multiple combined small teams to make up a single side then the consideration of CLUB would be a complete team for this purpose. As example 6 clubs each providing 7 players for a 15 aside game is NOT a festival ( 2 teams with subs ) , but those same 6 clubs with 6 players for a 7s game would as the net result would be a Festival ( 4 teams with subs )

This must be completed and approval given before a player can play out of their age group subject to Regulation 15.
A club must first submit a CLUB approval form and have it approved before they can commence submitted any Playing Up/Down/Combining requests on the RFU form

PLAYING ADULT RUGBY - Under 17s
As you may already be aware the RFU made some changes to Regulation 15.6 which now supports a 17 year old playing adult rugby.
This came into effect on the 1st August 2019 and it's important that you have all the correct information of this.
