Why should I become a member of my local Referee’s Society?
• You do not have to referee for the Society on a Saturday. You can stay refereeing within your own club if you choose.
• We all love the game and want to be involved on the pitch as long as possible.
• Deeper understanding of refereeing at all levels.
• Ongoing education about the changes that happen in the game.
• Monthly meetings for personal development.
• Support when things don’t go well on or off the pitch.
• WhatsApp group for immediate advice or support.
• Get to know the local referees and build up on relationships.
• Options to referee all over the county and further afield if you so wish.
• All societies have referees at all levels of the game so you can meet and discuss things with referees all the way up to the Premiership.
